Seller reviewDan Baker was referred to us over seven years ago. His patience with us over the years was amazing, as we would look at homes, take a break, and start again. Dan never made us feel like we had to make a decision, nor that we were taking too much of his time, even though I am sure we did so. In the end, we decided to build our next home and Dan assisted with setting up an initial meeting with a local builder. Even though we went with a different builder, Dan was still available for questions and provided us with feedback on our new home. Thus, when it came time to selling our home, we had no doubt that Dan would be dedicated and successful for us, just as with his other clients.
