Dale Jervis remembers how it felt to walk down the street with his grandfather. It seemed like everywhere they went, somebody would say hello and stop and chat with him. And, to young Dale, it just seemed perfectly normal. Though he didn't realize it until he entered the real estate profession himself, that lesson was something Dale never forgot. He personally stayed on top of the sale negotiations and requirements and didn't brother us with minor things, but would keep us informed nonetheless. He made us feel very comfortable with the sale by carefully explaining all transactions and sale requirements. I personally felt very comforting to know that i had a realtor on my side that was looking for my best interest and not his.
