Personal Profile
I moved to Mountain Home in 1970 after serving two years in the military including serving in Vietnam with the 101st Airborne as a Demolitions Specialist. I retired from the Mountain Home Fire Department as Fire Chief after 24 years of service. I have been married to my lovely wife since 1967. I like spending time with my family and being outside in the Ozarks.

Answered our questions we had of the Mountain Home and surrounding areas. Was always in communication. Work with us having to come into town to look at properties. Would definitely recommend him.

Buyer reviewDale Harris walked us through every single step. Anytime I would call or text, he had answers or he would get them. He would always contact us quickly. He knows the area. Most realitors, when you tell them you do NOT want certain things, wind up showing you houses with those things. Not Dale. He found our perfect house the first day. He's laid back, easy going, rolls with the flow. Does not push you at all. We are SOOO going to call him for family and friends.

Buyer reviewDale Harris was very friendly and engaging at our first meeting. He correctly assessed my needs and stepped out beyond the call of duty to meet and often exceed them. Our first visit inspired me to go back to him for the rest of the home purchase process. To recap: Dale spent time with me when I dropped by on vacation. He helped me understand important information about the community and best neighborhoods to visit. On a second visit with my wife, Dale devoted time to show us several homes to get a feel for the housing market. We stayed in contact while we sold our home in Iowa. Then, he did an excellent job showing us homes when we were ready to buy. Dale was a good advisor throughout the process and stayed in our court through closing. It's all about relationship building, and Dale excelled in that area.

Buyer reviewAs in the previous statement, Dale went above and beyond to make sure everything was okay. He also made sure about any inspections, that we were aware and was there to help us. Dale also made sure we understood the paperwork. For us living in another city, Dale was very good with communications. So we new what was going on and didn't have to guess. He is someone I would recommend.
