Her passion for real estate began in the coastal communities on the North Shore of Massachusetts in the 1980's, she was the youngest sales associate in her company and quickly became a top-producing agent of residential sales. Recognized for her leadership, sales skills and genuine care for her clients, Cindy became Broker Manager of her office. She relocated to the Annapolis area in 1993 and while raising her two sons, pursued other careers in the marina industry, landscape design and paralegal work. A twist of fate returned Cindy to real estate! In addition to standard residential sales, she's also a specialist in the short-sale transaction. Cindy really understands the real estate market, and has her finger on the pulse of changing market trends and nuances to help clients realize top dollar for their property! Cindy listened to what was important to us, completed a comprehensive walkthrough of our property (inside and out), then teamed with us to develop a winning strategy resulting in our townhouse selling for top-dollar! Attention to detail was extremely important to us, and Cindy delivered! Buyer reviewI was referred to Century 21's relocation experts by my local realtor I have worked with for several years. Upon being connected, I received a call from Cindy. She was extremely polite, patient and professional. Initially, she took the time to hear me out and understand my needs. Once this was done, she then started tailoring a search based on my needs. In fact, when we scheduled our trip to Maryland to see homes, she wasn't in town due to her pre-scheduled plans. Even though she wasn't going to be around, she made sure she left us in the safe and able hands of Gene Sementill. A special shout out to Gene as well, he was great to work with. Overall, it was a smooth and great experience working with Cindy and her team from home hunting to closing the transaction. I can't commend enough on Cindy's professionalism, and her approach to have my interests protected. This was evident in many steps along the process.
