Seller reviewMy experience with Curtis Perry was very positive. He was very patient and understanding of our concerns with how to prepare our home for selling. When we actually listed and were showing the home he immediately responded to our calls and e-mails when we were stressed and didn't know what to do. We had never sold a home before and he helped us through the process. His knowledge of the Millcreek area was helpful and he was always energetic and positive. I was always impressed with how quick he was to respond through text, emails, or phone calls. He was quick to update me on new properties that would come on the market. His attention to detail when walking through potential homes was also very helpful. He would point things out that would need attention so that I could make educated budgeting decisions. When it came to negotiating with the sellers I was confident he was looking out for my best interest. I also appreciated never being pressured into any step of the process. He would let me know my options and answer every question with great detail. Over time my requirements for my home changed.
