Since we had met her through my parents, it already felt like she had an idea of what we wanted in a house and even had suggestions for things we hadn't thought about yet. Being new to Texas and wanting to stay near family we wanted someone who was familiar with the area. On our first day of looking at houses she took us to one in a neighborhood we didn't even know existed and that ended up being the house we purchased! Connie made our first house buying experience incredibly smooth and stress free, and we felt like she was looking out for our best interest the whole process.
