Seller reviewColleen Pang-Wong and Cindy Rasmussan working together were a team that could not be stopped. Everything was done well and more than timely. They pushed the closing through very quickly. They also took care of all the details that some realtors might not do, like find a workman, meet them at the property, and assure work was done well. My property was across the island from my home and work. They saved me many trips. Thank you so much for pricing my condo well, getting a contract in one week, and closing in one month. They are a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Buyer reviewWe were reluctant and uncertain home buyers and Colleen was incredibly patient and understanding. She worked around our schedule and took us to as many houses as we wanted to see, never seeming to get discouraged as we turned down one after the other. When she finally figured us out, she showed us the house of our dreams. Her personal touch was awesome and she made us feel like we were her only clients, and that she was at our beck and call. Overall an amazing experience and we will (and have) recommended her to anyone in need!

Seller reviewI have previously worked with Colleen Pang-Wong on a sale of a condo. She helped me buy this home that I just sold. Colleen is one of the best real estate agents on Oahu. She is very knowledgeable and honest in her dealings. She is a great resource. She marketed my home with expertise; timing the open house as the first open for the property. We had over 12 parties at the open house and an offer the next day with a subsequent back-up offer came two days later. She kept me informed throughout the closing period and helped me with all inspections, as I had already moved off island. She is a true professional in her field. I have recommended her to others; they have used her and were equally satisified. I would definitely recommend Colleen Pang-Wong again and again.
