One of the first that impressed me with Cindy is how often and well she communicated. I never had to wait long to get a response back or have any of my many questions answered by Cindy. I felt like I could ask her anything and she had a response! Cindy is also very funny and approachable, which made this process much less stressful! I don't think we could have gone with anyone else other than Cindy. Cindy was an excellent expertise and exactly knew what subdivision we were looking for. Cindy gave us a perfect explanation of the terms and conditions of the deposit which in our case was a $1000 and explained the conditions where we would loose it. She provided us with documents ahead and before requesting it. We did not know any inspectors, and she was able to provide us with an exceptional one who paid attention to every single detail.
