Buyer reviewMy son had her show him some properties even though he didn't buy and had been several years. He let me know how professional she was and had great knowledge of the properties on the market. Christy is the only reason we continued with the purchase of our home. We live out of state and she was our eyes and ears she was very professional at helping us with information and always kept us informed throughout the buying process. In doing so we felt like she was a long time friend and always looked out for our interest. She is a wonderful person to work with. We are moving to Kentucky and know no one in the state. Christy is far more than a realtor to us. Proud to say we have our First Friend in Kentucky. Christy loves her job and it shows. Very Very fortunate to have had her recommended.

Her vast knowledge and understanding of the different Kentucky areas we viewed helped us narrow our focus and settle on the general Somerset area. Her understanding of market areas and pricing kept us from overbidding. She advocated well for us in the price negotiations and helped us purchase our forever home at the right price.
