Under the circumstances I did not want to hear a lot of nonsense and I believe i actually said to him, you don't have to sell yourself to me, prove yourself. That he certainly did. I did apologize to him for being so cynical. His professionalism and quickness in getting this house sold was amazing and a godsend to me.

I sold a house and then bought this most recent home and on both ends Chris Hogan was amazing! He really knows his stuff and guides you though the whole process making it easy to understand. He uses a no nonsense straight to the point approach and is always available to answer any question you may have. Almost my entire family has used him as an agent for a sale or buying or both. If you're looking for a no nonsense very knowledgeable agent that will make things very easy to understand and teach you a little something about the real estate market at the same time Chris Hogan is the guy you want to use. I for one hands down will never use another agent when it comes to real estate. Thank you Chris for all your hard work!!
