She also agreed to handle the closing for us which allowed us to make an earlier than expected move to North Carolina to begin looking for a new home. We felt very comfortable with Christine managing the sale and closing for us because of her knowledge and level of expertise. Seller reviewFrom my first meeting with Christine it was relaxing & informal, but orgainized. She listened carefully to my need and concerns of selling my Sister's home. I was overwhelmed with all that was happening since my sister passed away. Christine was caring, considerate, and very helpful in my understanding the legal parts of selling a home. She was there for me from start to finish. She always let me know my options and gave me plenty of time to think things over with my brother as Co-representatives of the estate. She made sure the process of him residing in Oregon and me in Idaho to run as smoothly as possible. Her coordination with the buyer, title company and us was very organized. I wanted to sell the home before winter came and Christine was a hugh part in making that happen. I would recommend Christine as a realtor to anyone. When my husband and I decide to sell our home of 51 years, Christine will be the first one I call. My family and I truly appreciate how smooth the sale of my Sister's home went in such a short period of time. Thank you! again Christine.
