Christine helped me with get into contract on a property with 2 contingency's of sale. I had 17 days to get 2 home into escrow and she made that happen. Christine was able to look at my life and all of the people on my property and determine what was the most important items to deal with to get my home sold. Explanation: it was a return of part of her commission because the percent "wasn't the agreement I made." Oh and by the way, did I mention that her many years' experience, and God-given abundant intelligence and common sense don't hurt? She's awesome. Try her you'll like her. They don't come any better. I was very fortunate to have had Christine Jones' services. I was impressed by how patient she was with me, how she held my hand through the journey, was honest about changes in the market for my property, AND was a great cheerleader, always encouraging me to hang in there when I would needlessly worry.
