Seller reviewChristen Barbato has changed our lives, and I will say it a million times... I believe that SHE is the only reason why we are living in our home today. We didn't have a large budget, but you would have never known it by her level of service. Her personality won over the listing agent. We initially went in as a back-up offer, and quickly were using up all of her time visiting our 'soon-to-be' home (she was very kind meeting us at the home with contractors so we could have all the work start the day of closing). She is also the only reason I was able to sell my condo. I had purchased the condo in 2006 at the top of the market, and was left with it upside down by over $100k. I trusted her, even knowing that I was her first short sale. She spent countless hours (days/weeks?!) dealing with a handful of challenging stakeholders. The sale went through and I couldn't be more grateful. I can't explain how she has changed my life, and I will forever recommend her to any buyer or seller.
