He was able to explain everything to me so I felt comfortable and understood what was going on and what to expect. As someone in the commercial banking industry I know enough to be dangerous to myself, because home during is nor the same, Chris help me see the differences and kept me from doing something I didn't mean to. He was amazing to work with and I will be using him as aN agent for all property purchases.

Buyer reviewChris Chiaramonte is a wonderful realtor as well as a person. He is outstanding. He is so nice, relatable and personable. He is always a text or phone call away, and responds fast. He is very intelligent and always had answers to my questions, and if he didn't he would find them. He helped give us insight on the house buying process and also helped us find what we really wanted in a house. He didn't push us into buying a house or make us feel pressured to buy one. It felt like he was a friend we've known forever. I like that he was more on the friendly side rather than super professional and uptight. I would highly recommend him to anyone, and will be choosing him as our realtor for our next house!
