Buyer reviewChona Ortiz was my real state agent and she went above and beyond for my husband and I to buy our first home. She was honest, reliable, and always be optimistic. It took us 6 month to finally find the house and another 2 months to get the key. Though it was stressful, she always communicated with us and made everything go smoothly. I would definitely work with her again if we ever need anything in the future.

We knew we needed someone who is very knowledgeable around the area and so we went with her. She was easy to talk to, gave great recommendations, and helpful tips for first time homebuyers like us. We were very adamant about looking only at new builds and she helped us secure appointments at the community we were looking at in Mountain House. She came to the appointment with us and was promptly there before us. She's a joy to work with and she had become a family friend now. Every time we had questions, while, during, and after purchasing the home, she's just a phone call or a text away. She's amazing to work with.

She is a person of integrity as I knew I can trust her in each step of the sale of my home. She put me first, she is very professional, and abides by the duties an agent owes to her client. She took the time to stage my home and took pictures that truly represented the warmth and comfort of my home. Chona is very meticulous and pays attention to detail. She made sure I had thorough understanding of of each contract I signed and took the time with patience to be detailed with each item. She went out of her way to make sure the sale was a smooth transaction and kept in constant communication with me and the agent of the buyer. Her follow-up is keeping within the highest standards. I love her energy and must say it was a lot of fun working with her. I will recommend her to friends or family with complete confidence of her professionalism and abilities.
