Had only meet her a few times in person, I felt releaved to have found Cheryl, felt sure she was going to work FOR ME , she gave me this air of confident,professional, knowledgeable, very personable and friendly woman. Our communication rapport was excellent and I'm still amazed how well it went being 1000 miles away!!!!

Cheryl was the greatest realtor anybody could possibly ask for. She would always respond to any inquiries in a timely manner and was always available in every mode of communication. Cheryl isn't just trying to sell a house, she is trying to sell you a HOME. Cheryl will give you her honest opinion about everything and not just tell you what you want to hear for the sale.
