I started my search for home in a nice neighborhood with sidewalks. I wanted a 3-4 bedroom brick house with double front doors, a side load garage, fiberglass swimming pool and it required an open floor plan. Even though I thought my vision was simplistic, I had several real estate agents heard my request and give up on me and my vision. Just as I was about to convince myself that I needed to lower my standards I came across Ms. Cheryl Fisher. Once we found the neighborhood Cheryl got the ball rolling with the builder. She was at every meeting and made certain my goals of obtaining the style of house was feasible down to the detail. I always felt Cheryl had my best interest at heart. I am now in the neighborhood with sidewalks around so I do not have to cross the street if I don't want to because I can walk to the cul-de-sac and go around the circle and back. Took a bit of time to sell but Cheryl hung in there and did a good job. I am well satisfied with service and Cheryl kept me well posted on viewings and number of prospects.
