Seller reviewBecause my health is failing at 77 yrs and my daughter and grandson was only able to leave their jobs for a max of ten days including traveling to move my home from Smartsville CA to Kennewick WA, sadly to escape the Wild Fires. Realtor Berg went above and beyond in preparing the home for sale in a short and demanding time period. She also helped feed and water the feral cats I had cared for and arranged for animal rescue folks to step in and care for and capture them. I am very grateful and thankful for her I think an angel must have sent her when I needed her. Sincerely, Jane Rodasky Realtor got cash buyer and full payment was very quick for full asking price! I will not be returning to California in the future but would recommend Cheryl Berg to any buyer or seller.

Seller reviewCheryl began by listening to my concerns about my property which was not in the best of condition. She understood where I wanted to go on this sale and developed a plan to market the property. This plan worked out perfectly with multiple offers above list price, ultimately closing a deal at 50% above asking price. She also walked me through a title issue that I had going into the sales process. This was a real help. She recommended a escrow officer who did a fantastic j0b of moving the sale along. Buyer reviewCheryl was great. We were unclear with the process of buying in Grass Valley. Cheryl was very knowledgable down to wells, perc and mantle, septic systems, tree removal, and pretty much everything from living in the area for so long. She made sure to point us in the right direction with all that needs to be done prior to building. I would recommend Cheryl to anyone looking to buy, sell or build in the Grass Valley area.

Seller reviewCheryl was wonderful in all professional as well as personal aspects. She is very knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and personable. Cheryl kept me informed of what was happening, gave me the pros and cons of various decisions, patiently listened to all of my concerns and complaints along the way, and negotiated hard on my behalf with the pickiest of buyers as if she owned the house herself. This house belonged to my elderly dad and was 65 miles away from where I live, and had the added pressure of a reverse mortgage, so it was extremely important to have such a knowledgeable, dedicated, hands-on agent like Cheryl. Selling the house was complicated and difficult from the beginning even with buyers who were very interested.There were ups and downs (mostly downs) right up to a very intense close of escrow. By the end of the whole process, I think of Cheryl as a friend and would recommend her in a heartbeat. I only wish she worked in Elk Grove! Cheryl "held my hand" in a very friendly yet professional manner through a grueling sales and escrow process to what turned about to be a great sale thanks to her hard work and professionalism.
