Buyer reviewI am a 1st time home buyer and Celena took the time to explain everything to me from getting per-approved to the final loan approval. I tried working with other agents prior to contacting Celena and Century 21. One agent couldn't remember my name. Another agent actually asked me a couple of questions about how much I could afford and then said "I'll call you back if I find something for you" and then didn't ask me for my name or call back number. Celena and I began discussing things via text and email before our initial meeting. She was thorough and very helpful. She even worked holidays to ensure we got into a home promptly. My first meeting with Celena was great because she was contacting people she knew about other homes that might be available, programs that I might qualify for and etc.; I was very impressed and immediately felt I could trust and depend on her to do what was best for me and my family. I have and will most definitely continue to recommend Celena Martinez to my family, my friends and anyone else along the way.
