Buyer reviewI have been looking for the right broker for nearly two years. I felt that many of the previous brokers did not address my needs the way Ceil did. Ceil was outstanding, she proved that she could help me sell and buy at the time and she did. You can tell she knew how to multi task. Ceil really made me feel special as a client. I would like to thank the staff too ,thet were always friendly you were always greet with a hello. My overall experiences was great, I able to buy and sell and with the market being good right ,I was able to get a good price for the house without having to get into a bidding war. I would recommend Ceil to any client looking to sell or buy, Ceil expertise in the real estate market it just want people need. Great job Ceil

Seller reviewI would love to give praise to a job well done. Ceil professional knowledge of the the real estate market is impeccable. When I first meet Ceil I knew she was the right agent for me. She always took the time and patience to explain things even if you called her. So to make a long story short, Ms. Ceil found me the most beautiful house, she covered everything, the cost of the home was great, the taxes were with in by budget and a new town to live was what I needed.Ceil listen to my wants and needs and with that information we worked together as a team. Also I would like to mentioned that Ceil helped me sell my condo too. Ceil explained that I needed to update and paint. We picked out colors that would impress buyers and re arrange my rooms, the input really paid off the condo sold in two weeks. Once again I really want to thank you Ceil for a outstanding job. Ceil covered all of the areas listed. Great job. Overall experience excellent job.
