Not once was an email sent or a text message sent that she did not respond to. I can't imagine for one second ever referring someone to any other agent, well if Cathy is unavailable, we would suggest, Mrs. Sandra, she wasn't just as great! Anyway, I can go on about Cathy, she is just a great person!
