Cathy was absolutely incredible in the execution of our sale. Given that we were remote owners living in NY, there were some very difficult logistics that we were facing relative to the emptying of the contents of the home, maintanence, inspection and repairs. Cathy made this whole process as seamless as possible for us, taking care of all of these elements without us having to continually fly down to address them. In effect, Cathy treated the sale of this home as if it was hers. As a result, we are extreme grateful for all the time and energy she put in, that in our opinion, went far beyond the role of a traditional broker. Additionally, she proved to be an exceptional partner along the way in how she would communicate her sales meetings with buyers, her resonable suggestions for price adjustments, her recommendations for repairs and improvements to the home (and just as importantly those potential efforts and expeditures on our part that she believed were unnecessary). In short, Cathy treated the sale of this home as a multifacited project, and within that context, proved herself to be an a highly motivated and effective project manager. I can not say enough positive things about Cathy. She was always approachable, kind and friendly while still maintaining her professionalism. Having sold four previous homes, I am happy to say the real estate broker experience exponentially exceeded the those of the prior four. Now that the transacaction is consumated, I will actually miss our frequent interactions. In Summary, our experience with Cathy was so positive that I believe she could teach a doctoral course addressing customer service in the real estate brokerage business.
