Casie has all the super powers of a successful realtor. This was a very emotional sale for me and she really understood that, so she took her time to be kind and supportive while also being a professional utilizing her industry knowledge in the quest to reach my ultimate financial goal with this sale. Her tireless effort did not go unnoticed or unappreciated. Barely a week went by without multiple showings and she drove sales by creating an exciting Public Open House with a popular local band performing, plus a Realtor Open House showing me that she's ready to step outside of the box to work for her client, The constant communication to help me always feel secure that I was a priority amongst the many priorities she juggles daily being a top performer in her field, sealed the deal for me. I was so happy to never have to check in with her, because she was always there first with updates. She knows her business, she really understands the power of social media, she has great intuition and empathy and thus knows her client, and she really knows her town. But most importantly, on top of all these skills, she's a beautiful person, and I can't say enough about how special it was to have her represent me to sell my home. Casie is a social media expert primarily because Casie is truly social and really gets what it takes to get out there and stay out there to market your property in all the ways it works in today's ever changing climate. She's always just a call, a text, or email away to answer any question a potential buyer or client may have. My favorite part about working with Casie, is that I rarely had a question that she hadn't already answered. She gives you a great plan to sell your home and proactively guides you through the process. Having been a homeowner before and selling a prior property, I know how stressful it can be, but with Casie, it was such a comfortable experience and one that couldn't have been better. Casie is the most real person with whom you will ever deal. She is polite, understanding, friendly, very patient and knowledgeable; oh so helpful, completely trustworthy, always professional, the best communicator, and a lovely respectful person always there when you need her, I can't recommend her enough to anyone looking for a realtor, whether you're a first time buyer, or a seasoned buyer. She will be your rock through this process. She sure was mine. When Casie Schornick works for you, she works like it's her sale, like it's her family and when you are treated like that; you know you're safe and in the best hands. I'm so happy that my home is sold, but I have to say that I miss having this angel Realtor in my life daily. If I every choose to purchase in that area again, I sure do know who I'm calling. She is very involved in the community and has a lot of local contacts. She is also very involved in social media and makes sure that your house is seen and out there. She is constantly ranked as a top 5 agent at her firm. Professionalism and knowledgeable about the whole process. Just amazing. She made sure I understood everything that was going on through the whole process. Really appreciated her patience with me since this was the first time I've sold a house. So extremely happy with the whole process. Cassie came to my house multiple times before pictures to help stage house perfectly. Pictures were amazing. House sold in 3 days with bidding war, and Casie handled it all great, helping us understand everything in each offer and explained pros and cons. Worked well with buyers agent and was there every step of the way through closing.
