Seller reviewI recommend Carol Kwapich to family and friends who would like to sell their home in a timely manner. We had mold in our basement due to the builders of our deck. They didn't put the flashing on and so we had water seepage into our basement. Carol was extremely helpful finding a mold specialist and remedying the problem. The house then passed inspection and was sold at full asking price.
