Seller reviewWhat can I say that I haven't already said above....Carol Rayburn is the best sales representative, best negotiator for the seller and buyer seeing as she represented me as a seller and a buyer. I should add that she represented us as a buyer at a new build in Menifee CA at a 55+ gated community. The agents at the new build told us we did not need a broker as they are real estate agents. Glad I didn't listen to them.... Carol saved us over $12K between closing costs and getting refrigerator, washer and dryer included, 1 year of paid HOA fees and got our 30-year interest rate reduced 0.50%. She is the BEST in the WEST! Thank you, Carol and team.

Seller reviewI knew Carol for years. She was my agent when I bought my house in Cerritos and sold it 15 years later. She was professional and completed the transaction well. Her assistant Ju assisted with the document signing, home inspection and repair, and escrow process. They both ensured the needs of the seller and buyer went smoothly although it seemed like it dragged on for a long time. From list to sale, it took 4 months. The highlight was an above list price offer. She got me $20K more than list price despite a cancelled first sale. This was remarkable. She also paid for additional repairs and paint touch up without charging me. She and Ju earned their commissions. I enjoyed working with them. I highly recommend them.
