Buyer reviewCarol and her team exceed our expectations! She kept our deal together, and we closed on time during the COVID 19 pandemic. We moved our family of four, and three dogs, from the Chicago area which was stressful! Having Carol in our corner was the best decision we made. I highly recommend Carol for any Real Estate transactions!

She was quick to send updates when new homes came up that did meet our needs. She was a great help in understanding the areas we were interested in and ultimately purchased in. Carol Comley was understanding as I am a very particular person and had a lot of questions and thoughts that I went through on several properties which ultimately built trust with me and my family. Buyer reviewI had a VERY long drawn out move date to PHX (over 2 years) due to personal circumstances and Carol and Judy were AMAZING with their patience/ attitudes/ and perseverance in working with the constant date changes. At NO point did I EVER feel rushed into just buying whatever at the time. They exuded genuine care and concern that whichever house I chose, was the right fit / price/ timeline for me. They are like magnets how well they work together for the clients best needs. I would recommend them to anyone anytime who is looking for a realtor that prioritizes the clients needs and timelines, over their own personal commission dates. TRULY LOVE and APPRECIATE their genuineness to care about my personal circumstances!
