I have known Brittany for most of my life. As students together she was always kind and went above and beyond in everything she did. As adults, we reconnected and I saw many of our mutual friends finding their dream homes with Brittany's expertise. My dearest friend sold her condo and bought a townhouse with Brittany and raved about her. I officially became a Brittany client! She was so patient with me as this process took me a long time. She was always available when I had a question or wanted to see a home. She helped me land the deal of a lifetime by connecting me with a loan officer who could cater to my specific circumstances. I cannot speak more highly of her. You WANT Brittany in your corner! The only other person in my life who has fought for me with my best interests in mind like this is my mother. I called agents who had listings in neighborhood in last 18 months. Only two of 6 contacted returned my call Brittany Camacho was very communicative and her work products excellent. Most of all she was candid, reassuring and upbeat. She is professional and ethical and a fun sense of humor. She was very thorough every step of the way and made sure I knew what to anticipate and expect. Her checklists worked great for me. I wish I had her guidance in my previous real estate sales. I have worked with 4 other agents in different states and years, I wish I could clone her!

This is the second time working with Brittany- the first time was to find my first home. When the time came to sale my home and move out of state for work, I did not hesitate to contact Brittany again. She is absolutely wonderful! Brittany once again made an incredibly stress time as easy as possible. Her organization and communication once again demonstrated that she loves what she does and cares for her clients who become friends. No matter how many questions I had, she patiently explained and made sure I was okay and ready to move forward at each step in the home sale process. My only complaint is that Brittany cannot come with me to my new state and help me find a home. She is beyond fabulous and I have recommended her to every single friend in the Virginia area who is interested in finding their new home. Brittany and I worked so well together! Times I was really stressed, she kept me calm and explained exactly what the next steps were - a huge reassurance to an anxious seller. She aggressively listed my home and we not only received an offer in less than a week, but also at the listing price. Could not have asked for a better experience.

Brittany was incredible. We "interviewed" her based on a referral from a friend, but of all the agents we spoke to, she put the most time and effort into assessing the potential value of our condo and got us a sale price $75-100K higher than the price any other agent considered. Other agents appeared to put the minimum effort in to appraising our property (only Brittany came to see it in person) and she earned every penny of her commission. As I stated before, Brittany hustled hard to get our condo the price we all thought it deserved and did an incredible job. It wasn't an easy sale, like most in this area, and she knocked it out of the park. We are so grateful we found her.
