Seller reviewI had previously worked with Bridgette when purchasing my condo and had a great experience working with her again to sell the same condo. She did a great job listening to my concerns and opinions and was readily available to answer any of my questions. We received a full price offer on my condo in less than 24 hours after listing. I was very pleased with working with Bridgette and would recommend her to any of my family and friends in the area!

Buyer reviewI contacted Bridgette cline about 2 months ago in order to find a house. I had a very specific criteria and wasn't willing to compromise. She familiarized herself with my desires and compiled a great list of options. She checked multiple times a day until we found houses I liked. She informed me on all negative and positive aspects of each home and made it easy for me to make an educated decision. Once I found the house I desired I told her I wanted it. The house received 7 offers in the first 2 days and I became doubtful. She worked tirelessly for the next week and finally informed me my offer was accepted. From that point everything went smoothly and I am now a very happy home owner.

Seller reviewI wanted a broker who was familiar with the sale of homes in my area. Bridgette was a delight to work with from day one. Since this was my first home sale, I wasn't sure of what to expect, but she explained every step of the process and basically held my hand through a very overwhelming experience. She even offered to come over and help me pack! I would definitely recommend her services to others. Bridgette explained every single detail of the process and how long it would take. She was always accessible to answer my questions or address my concerns. Since the sale of my home was an estate sale, I wasn't sure of what to expect but Bridgette explained every detail in it's entirety. She definitely loves her job, otherwise she wouldn't be so good at it. Kudos to Bridgette on a job well done!

All I can say is that I am very happy that Mrs. Cline was in the right place at the right time, don't know what I would have done without her. Because of my situation, my outcome was way more than what I expected thanks to Mrs. Cline... Couldn't have asked for a better agent... She is the best...
