Buyer reviewBrenda is a super professional and goes above and beyond to ensure the clients find what they are desiring in a home purchase. My husband and I truly appreciate Brenda's work ethics which include: honesty, devotion, humor, knowledge and that personal touch that makes you feel like you've made a friend for life! We informed Brenda of a price range of what we were willing to spend....she was awesome in finding us several homes to consider. She would always provide the disclosure for the homes and tell us what she knew about each one. Brenda was always courteous and listened to our needs/wants and found us what we were looking for! Brenda is an incredibly hardworking and very dedicated person. I would recommend her to anyone who is seeking to sell or buy their home. We liked her as soon as we met her....she makes things happens and follows through....We feel like we not only had a terrific Real Estate Agent....but we've made a lifelong friend in Brenda!

Buyer reviewFrom the very beginning Brenda was willing to work with our schedule, which was difficult at times since we were traveling from the Chicago area to look at homes here in Owensboro. Brenda was always very attentive to anything we needed or asked her and if she didn't have an immediate answer, you could guarantee that she would have an answer within a few hours. At one point, Brenda took us for a tour of the town just to show us what's in the area and let us know what all the city has to offer, which was very nice of her. I can't say enough about how helpful Brenda was and how easy and painless the home buying process was with her assistance. Even now after we've closed, she still checks in on us to make sure everything is going well. After working with her, it feels like you've made a new life long friend. I'd recommend Brenda Loyal to anyone looking for a good Realtor in the Owensboro area, you won't be disappointed. In summary, Brenda Loyal = AMAZING!
