I have been a licensed Realtor since 1996, serving all of Solano County. I have been a resident of that county for over 25 years. I am a Certified Relocation Specialist assisting Personal, Corporate, Military and Affinity clientele love to help Sellers move on to their next home and Buyers get their dream home. My entire professional career has centered on providing excellent customer service. I am an excellent communicator, negotiator, manager and organizer. Using my knowledge of the current real estate market, I listen to what my clients need and want and translate that into their next move. My clients are 100% satisfied. The majority of my business comes from repeat clients and referrals. My target market includes, Buyers and sellers of single family homes, from all stages of in their lives, from first time home buyers to empty-nesters. From first time sellers to those who are ready to upsize or downsize. Buyer reviewBrenda Evans kept going to bat for me to get as much of a reduction in price as she could. I totally relied on her for that and she did a great job. She handled my inspections and helped me understand what was being said with each one. Brenda listened to what I was looking for and showed me as many properties as she could find. She went out of her way to accommodate the fact that I lived in Stockton and couldn't be here every day. She was very patient with my granddaughters when they came along. She was quick to answer any and all questions I had. When I had to look into a bridge type loan to get the only house that I could afford, she researched the option and helped me to decide that I should use it. She answered my questions even when she was out of the area for family obligations. I enjoyed working with her and would recommend her to my friends and family. It may seen like I just went down the row and gave Brenda all excellent without consideration but that is not the case. I carefully considered each one and she really was excellent in all areas. She has done this for a long time and it shows. She is very good at her job. I had a very close friend that was a Century 21 agent in Stockton who helped me find my last home. She has since moved from CA but she recommended another agent in her office. Marlon Foust helped me sell my home in Stockton and he recommended Brenda to me in Vacaville.I have been very happy with my Century 21 family over the years and would definitely continue to use C21 if I ever wanted to move again.
