Born in Spokane, BranDen moved around the state due to the family logging profession. He graduated from Pacific Lutheran University with a degree in Psychology. He has been a personal trainer since he was 18 years old where he learned how to help people set and achieve goals. BranDen has been the Sales/Account/Operations Manager for a family-owned agricultural company. These experiences have taught him the value of relationships, how to maintain accounts and clients, and the importance of effective communication and reliable follow-through. After years of building a business for other people, BranDen's entrepreneurial spirit led him to a career in real estate. In his spare time, BranDen enjoys basketball, strength training, snowboarding, world traveling, going to the movies, and riding Washington trails in his Polaris RZR. Buyer reviewBranden and Shianne were excellent to deal with. They were both SUPER responsive with communications and professional at all times. One of the things I enjoyed most was Branden is not afraid to be honest and straight in conversation. You don't get that very often these days. He was good/helpful in the negotiation process which for me can be stressful. He was not pushy with anything and genuinely wanted to understand our needs and wants in a house. We are very happy with the experience and would highly recommend them for others.

The properties included the sale of my home of almost 50 years, the purchase of my new "forever" home, and the sale of family farmland. I cannot imagine maneuvering through all of this without his help and expertise. Not only was BranDen extremely knowledgeable and professional, but he was also conscious and understanding of my emotional turmoil associated with the life changing decisions I was making. BranDen worked tirelessly through some difficult negotiating periods and always made himself accessible to me. I always, always, felt that my interests and financial well-being were first and foremost to him. He and his wife Shianne are a great professional team and I couldn't be happier with the services they provided. I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat - they are the best!
