I have been living in Brewster, New York with my two children since moving here from New York City in 2006. I wanted a place to raise my kids that had strong community with a small town feel and I have been so happy with the choice of this area ever since.
My background has always been involved with art and design and I have carried that over to my home and my love of creating a space for me and my family that reflects us. Doing this has made me so happy that it felt natural for me to go into real estate and be a part of helping others find their dream home too! I want to provide to my clients the same attention to detail and great communication and hard work that I would expect for myself.

Seller reviewThis was our second time working with Beth Yoon.She helped us buy our first home and then sell it a year later. She is professional but approachable. She never made us feel like we were wasting her time looking at homes. She was always around to talk and offered her honest opinion when asked. When we had to sell (due to relocating to another state) we never even considered using anyone but Beth to sell the house. We knew we could trust her to take care of it all for us. She was able to sell our home quickly with multiple (above list) offers. She walked us though every step. I highly recommend Beth she is wonderful insightful and easy to talk to and wonderful at her job. In our new state, I find myself comparing other realtors to the high standard Beth has set and not many meet it. I can't recommend her enough!

Beth went out of her way to get to know us, understand our needs, and find a very hard to find property right for our needs. Beth Yoon is a lovely, kind, and intuitive person. Very funny, smart, and flexible. Always patient, and a great communicator. Buying a house is a very time consuming, lengthy process. I would joke that it is like having another full time (unpaid) job. Beth made it all feel (even through the difficult parts) that it would all work out. She is an amazing person.
