We just walked into the Century 21 in the Mountains office one Saturday morning hoping to look at property. Kim Southern was there on duty. Even though she had clients coming in right behind us for an appointment, she made time to find us some listings to look at until Barry could be reached since he was already out with clients. She told us that he would contact us in an hour and he did. Barry was available to us anytime we needed to talk to him. He was very prompt in returning emails and texts and was always available by phone whenever we had a question or problem. He was very aggressive in sending us potential properties to preview that he found in his research, since he knew we were under a time constraint to secure a new home. Barry was excellent to work with. His wealth of knowledge of the area and his expertise of real estate were real pluses for us since we are new to Ellijay. Barry took us to many different areas and neighborhoods to get a feel of what we were looking for. He really took the time to listen to us and was able to narrow down our needs and what we wanted out of our new home. As we looked at potential listings, his observations on different aspects of the home we were viewing were invaluable - so many things he brought to our attention that we would have never thought of! Barry was so thoughtful, he texted us one evening about the upcoming inclement weather that was predicted for overnight! We would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy in Gilmer or Fannin county.
