Despite my being physically removed from the condo and appearance at closing, I was able to make decisions supported by Barbara's real estate knowledge and understanding of choices to be made as I moved from the decision to sell through the final closing. The condo was attractively presented online. Choosing prospective buyers acceptable to condo management went smoothly.
