Seller reviewBarbra is obviously knows her market area and customers. Our house sale is an example of her knowing the market and working for both buyers and sellers. We were not planning to sell our townhouse this year. Barbra had been working with a customer looking for a townhouse in the area. Barbra approached us with basically and offer to good to pass on. It was approximately six weeks from having an accepted offer to closing on the purchase. There we issues encountered that were satisfied to both the seller and buyer. My wife and myself have purchased several properties, this was one of the easiest closing we have encountered. Thanks to Barbra!
