Barbara was referred to me through USAA. We looked at one home and it was good enough for me and my son so we pressed forward. Barbara was very kind to my son and made sure he was content while I filled out the mounds of paperwork also known as a purchase contract. She was very patient with me and answered my countless questions. This was my second home purchase, but the first one by myself so I was very nervous. Buying a house is stressful no matter how you slice it! My situation of being in the middle of a divorce and essentially a single mom compounded that stress. I was able to confide in Barbara and she made my home buying process enjoyable. Throughout the process she essentially held my hand, was very accommodating and responsive. Even when she was away on travel she tended to my countless back and forth emails with the seller to fix a problem we found during inspection. She didn't just give me to another agent and she made sure she personally took care her client. Barbara is a true professional and in the little bit of time we spent together she somehow knew what I needed and how to support me along the process. We had a few hiccups between the seller with closing and she spoke on my behalf and just came back to me with the solution. That was so great and relieved a lot of stress.
