Barbara made time for our questions even when she was dealing with personal matters. Very thankful for her help. The Notary was very helpful and made time for us very last minute. She even turned us on to our current financial advisor. She has a team behind her including her husband. I can't say enough good things about her and her team. She needs to own her own firm and relpicate her approach as a " full service house prep and sell."
