He's always been a great person to talk to, loves to have good conversations and is just an all around genuine guy. My wife and I have dragged him all over the place looking at dozens and dozens of homes the past 5 years or more and he's always been patient with us and never questions our motives (ie. - the 'window shopper'). Was patient with me when I thought I was ready to move but they couldn't, he was patient and didn't pressure me and waited until I was ready. He is responsive, knowledgeable, has high ethical standards, is kind, approachable, and solution-oriented. I enjoyed what otherwise could have been a very stressful process. He is so knowledgeable of the local real estate market, offering his expertise and recommendations facilitating a smooth transition process. He went above and beyond in making sure we're comfortable with the purchase. Baba is with us every step of the way and updating us on the process and not leave us in limbo of where we're in the transaction process. Baba even checked in with us to make sure the house is good even after when the deal is closed, that's a thing many realtors don't do much nowadays.
