Ashley Esposito of CENTURY 21 Beutler & Associates

I met Ashley at the beginning of 2018. We met at an open house and she talked to me and told me what all I'll need to apply for so I get a pre-approval letter so we can get in the ball park of what price range to look at. For months and months Ashley showed me house after house. She was super patient and very helpful. I was so picky and told her exactly what I wanted. Every day she sent me new links. We saw maybe about 100 houses. There was a time when I was about to give up but Ashley kept telling me to keep my head up and be positive ( she is super cheery and optimistic ). Finally a home came around we both went to look at it the first day on the market and I fell in love. I immediately put in an offer and It was accepted! Through out the closing process I kept having issues. There was more and more paperwork they needed. They needed letters and a bunch of other things I started to feel like I wasn't going to get this home. Ashley got a hold of James and they started looking for other solutions. It was pretty astonishing how well these two worked together. She called James every day asking if any good news. She went above and beyond for me. She met me this year but she treated me like family and for that I'm super grateful. Moral of the story is, she's an amazing person. She will take care of you to the extreme. She will handle all the hard work for you. All you have to do is do your part. Like I said she's amazing, kind, and has the biggest heart. I HIGHLY recommend Ashley.

Very thorough making sure each paper / contract was correct. Our home was a new build and since we lived out of State (AZ) Ashley drove by the house once a wk to check the progress, take photos and kept in touch.
