Armando was fantastic he was great understanding of what we wanted fit us in three showings in one day. When we met him i had another person lined up his personality an sense of humor sold us to want to work with him. He was available any time of day with one phone call. He not only help us get an amazing house he became a friend for life. We will never be able to thank him enough i can't say enough great things about him. If it wasn't for him we could of lost to another bid on the house he explained what we can do to put us in front an give us the best chance of our bid being excepted an it was. He answered all my questions with alot of knowledge i felt comfortable an safe with my decisions with his guidance. Closing when great it was a smooth an painless process he explained it all before hand we new what to expect. Same with the wire transfer he echo explained the process i was comfortable going into it. I can't say enough great things about Armando this whole experience was a smooth process. I trusted Armando 100% from beginning to the end. He's got a great sense of humor an fun too be around I'll recommend him to anyone in the future
