We had complete trust in her judgement. If she said something had to be done, we always agreed, advanced her the money and she took care of it. Arlee was easily accessible and always responded promptly to the many questions and issues that arose. Her knowledge of the real estate industry, the government requirements, the local environment, and how to manage the process was fantastic. Arlee did an outstanding job on every aspect of the sale. She got us a sale price above what we expected and was a great interface between us (as an absentee seller) and the buyer. She even had a backup offer waiting in the wings.
