A native of New Orleans, Louisiana. April is a graduate of the University of New Orleans, and received a degree in Finance and real estate in 1992. April has been in the real estate closing and title field since 1985 including being a licensed title insurance agent and Notary Public. In 2006, CENTURY 21 Smith Realty Group was created with one vision that continues to drive the focus today...exceeding client expectations at every opportunity! Buyer reviewBased on a referral from a previous trip to the area we gave April a call. We scheduled a trip to the area and April got some houses together to look at. When we decided to make an offer on one we made the offer in the morning and April worked thru the details and got acceptance by day end. We had to return home and we were supported on things we had to get done and closing had to be done via mail due to Covid-19. There were bumps but all in all things went smooth. In the face of chaos April was calming force and we got things. Went from offer to closing in less than a month....

My husband sought out April with some home buying questions/suggestions, just to see what she thought of the situation as a whole. April asked us to come into her office and sit down with her and explain what we wanted, the offering price and just to get a general idea of our stand on the home buying process. She basically took us under her wing and 2 months later, we purchased a home. There is 100% no doubt that without April, we would not be in the place we are today. Her knowledge and expertise in her job is outstanding. She knew exactly what to do, explained EVERY bit of the process to us, and was in our corner every step of the way. This was the first time I have ever purchased a home and I was scared to death. I could not imagine doing this without April. She was a crucial asset to us. We can never love or thank her enough!
