Ann did a great job with a very old home that had a small market and a very stubborn seller (me). I did not expect this property to sell quickly at the price point I knew I wanted for it. Ann was very patient and understanding and put my thoughts first. Other realtors tried to pressure me into taking very low offers from investors. I can't say enough about this type of service! I'm not the easiest person to reach, but she never gave up. She was willing to communicate across a variety of platforms, and that made all the difference to me.

After using a different realtor who was more interested in how much she would make rather than selling me a home within my budget or negotiating the best price for me I was referred to Ann Wing. Ann listened to what I wanted and cared more about finding me the right home rather than how much she made. A refreshing change. We saw many homes and though I may have gotten discourages Ann did not. There were many obstacles to overcome in order to close. Ann was diligent, trustworthy and personable. She made sure the title company, mortgage company, underwriters, etc had everything they needed and was timely in her response. I will definitely use her for future home buying needs.
