Seller reviewWe worked with Anna a few years ago to try and aquire an additional property (third in Nags Head), but the market was not cooperative; cost of vs quality of homes. So, when we were ready to sale, we knew that Anna was our agent. Anna was very confident and knowable in the market on the beach and ensured that we had a realistic expectation on the time to sale and value for our home. (We started in late fall, a slow time.) During the showing she always solicited feedback, so we could improve for the next showing. Anna was key during the negotiations for the home, since the inital offer was very very far below posted price. We have already sung Anna's abilities to our friends and family.
