Seller reviewAngela Cairnes went far beyond my expectations of a realtor. I was living two hours away and she performed several maintenance repairs so I didn't have to make the trip to Hendersonville. She gave great suggestions that made the house more appealing to buyers without incurring a great deal of cost. We made the suggested changes and the next week we had an offer that we accepted. I can not think of anything she could have done to make the sale any quicker or easier. She has wonderful insight into the market and offered excellent advice. Angela looked out for our best interests and was personally vested in the sale of the property and treated us like family. Angela Cairnes has my highest recommendation!

Buyer reviewAngela was able to negotiate the purchase price to just below the price point I was willing to pay for the property and had valid reasons to present to the seller's agent. She was able to write the contract so that the due diligence money and earnest money was minimal for the purchase compared to what the buyer's of my property had to deposit. Since the buyer's earnest money was $3,000 and mine was $1,000 on my purchase, if the deals fell through, I would be ahead by $2,000. Angela Cairnes was always calm and was very good at settling my nerves throughout the selling/buying process.

Seller reviewAngela Cairnes did a really good job negotiating the terms of the due diligence/earnest monies for the purchase of my new home. She also protected our interests so that the due diligence dates for the sale and purchase covered us in the event the sale of our home fell through, that we could get out of the purchase and not be stuck with 2 properties. Angela was able to negotiate the purchase price and provided the sellers with valid reasons as to how we came up with the offer. Angela Cairnes was available to show me all the properties I asked her to show me and on occasion multiple times at the same property. She had a great attitude and never got flustered even while I was under a lot of stress during the sale/purchase process.

There were delays in remodeling/refurbishing to get home ready for sale. She was a joy to work with. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a real estate professional.
