Seller reviewAndrea helped me buy my house and 3 years later helped me sell it. I chose her again because she did an excellent job the first time I worked with her. She is very trustworthy, she listens and validates your needs, and she is flexible and understanding. She puts you first and advises on the best, most efficient, and effective planning and strategies to get your property purchased or sold. She is great at negotiating and she has your back. I really liked how she was always responsive and available, and with a high sense of professionalism. She stood out because she is personable and empathetic and relates to you as a buyer, a seller, and she is knowledgable on the ins and outs of the process. She gets things done, is productive, and keeps the process going. I had an indecisive buyer flake out on closing in the home and Andrea handled it very well and gave me guidance and advice on what to do. I ended up having a new buyer waiting, and Andrea was able to sell the home successfully. Thank you so much Andrea, for everything!

Buyer reviewAndrea Lavin understood what we were looking for in our price bracket limitation. She is a very knowledgeable, compassionate, friendly person. I believe that she is a very important asset to Century 21. To be really honest she is a people person. I would refer her to any of my family and/or friends. In all reality I believe she did her job very well. Andrea doesn't pressure the clients. She listens to the buyers' wants, wishes, and needs - she gives 150% and then some more. l will repeat this again. Andrea Lavin gives her all and then some to meet the needs of her clients. The staff was helpful and friendly also. Overall experience rating to me would be "A++++++"

Buyer reviewBeing first time buyers made the entire event seem like a series of stressful unknowns at first. After one conversation with Andrea Lavin we were a lot more comfortable with the journey ahead. Our seemingly impossible list of needs complicated the search efforts greatly. Nevertheless without forcing substitution or compromise on us, Andrea just kept sending property information our way until, (at last) we found the house we're in today. We feel incredibly fortunate to have found this home that fits our special needs so well. None of this would be possible without Andrea's patience, job knowledge, and tenacity.
