Seller reviewI kind of knew Andrea from church . From that experience I knew she was a person of high integrity and impeccable character. I had no problem in trusting her due to the aforementioned characteristics, plus she has a pleasing and outgoing personality. At our first meeting I felt like I knew her my whole life. During the process she was timely, thorough and accurate in her written and verbal presentations. On a scale of 1-10 I rate her as a "10".

Seller reviewAndrea helped me more than I ever imagined I would have needed. I was planning on selling my home on my own for what I thought was the market value. I had some enough knowledge be dangerous to myself but not enough to see the process through. Andrea came in and proposed a well thought out plan with examples in my area of comparable homes. I'm so happy I went this route, I had no idea how hectic the market was currently, and I was not ready to handle all the questions and appointments. Andrea's professionalism, understanding of my needs (still need to finish remodeling our next home before we can move) and ability to navigate the market and home offers made me very happy that we went this route. Thanks for a very smooth and positive experience!

With over 25 offers she read through each offer and provided us feedback on each promising one, many of which had stipulations we had no idea would be written into the contracts. She looked out for our best interests, negotiated the best selling price for us, and was amazing to work with! We will definitely be using her again!
