Very personable and professional! Joy (Amedee Joy Chabot) took a the time to understand our expectations from our home. Then she worked with us with lot of patience and accommodation in our house search. being first time buyers, our understanding about the protocols was shaky, Joy helped us in everything from guidance in offer price to what to look at in a house. She very knowledgeable about the local housing market. We were concerned that our house hunting will be a long ordeal as we were reading in newspaper articles about having to make dozens of unsuccessful offers, but we were able to purchase a very nice home only after seeing less than 10 properties and making a few offers. Even after the deal was closed, when we started renovating joy has been providing continuous help with finding contractors handy-men and vendors. My wife and I will give her five stars.
