Prior to real estate, she served as an Outreach Facilitator for a non-profit healthcare advocacy coalition for over 10 years and worked on a 5 year grant as the Healthy Community Coordinator for the Healthy Children's Initiative at St. Joseph hospital.
Amanda has two daughters, Bella & Kyla, who are both currently in college. They are her world and her inspiration.
She enjoys hiking, kayaking, music festivals, singing and traveling with her girls, family & friends.

Buyer reviewAmanda Heuser is an exceptional real estate broker. She helped us sell our house and find a house for us to purchase. She made the stressful experience of selling and purchasing a house so much easier than we thought it could be. She was always available to answer our questions and address any concerns we had. Seller reviewHaving known Amanda Heuser since her childhood, I knew of her integrity, work ethic and heart for people. These were critical issues for me. Other skills can be taught ...but not these. Regardless of knowing her, I would not have chosen her for this responsibility without these traits. No question was too small for Amanda Heuser to spend time helping. She responded to texts or calls in a very timely fashion. Very satisfied with her personally and with the outcome. My goal was to sell the home for the best price using an agent who would respect and best advise me, as a senior female. An agent who could be trusted and was proactive in getting the home sold in a declining market. Mission Accomplished through Amanda Heuser. One final thought...the house I sold was older and small. Compared to many homes Amanda Heuser sells, it might not have been a high priority for her. However she always made me feel as though it was one of her most important listings

Losing my mother to cancer was insanely difficult and selling her house was far from east for myself and my brothers however Amanda helped us make this as easy and smooth as possible! She is truly an angel!
