Seller reviewI highly recommend Alicia Dembowski to everyone, whether you're purchasing a home or selling, she knows her stuff! She will do whatever is in your best interest and make sure you fully understand the whole process so that you don't feel uncomfortable or missing something. She's very friendly, always very positive and has a great sense of humor. She always answered my calls or returned them right away. I really enjoyed working with her and will miss talking to her! We sold our home quickly and it's all thanks to everything that she did.

I knew nothing about buying a home before meeting her and she helped me every step of the way with explaining everything and encouraging me when I felt over whelmed. I cannot thank her enough for everything she did for me and my family, buying a house is stressful but she made it easier. Thank you!!!

Buyer reviewI was extremely pleased with how my real estate purchase went. Alicia took care of everything, including letting my contractors in to view the house so I could understand what I was in for. She was so flexible and even took care of all the legal paperwork so I didn't need to worry if there were previous permits that hadn't been closed by the township. She also took care of the women who had been living in the house for over sixteenths years. She respected her concerns when someone was coming to see the house. Not just because of COVID, but for her privacy as well. Thank you Alicia
